Machine Features:

• This machine is suitable for screen-printing IR inks of various colors on plastic bottles with shapes such as round, oval, and square.This machine model is specifically designed for thermosetting ink printing and is precisely adapted to meet multi-color overprinting requirements (including single-color solid printing, multi-color gradient printing, and complex pattern printing). The compatible types of thermosetting inks include solvent-based thermosetting acrylic inks and thermosetting polyurethane inks.

• The machine adopts a digitally controlled servo motor to drive products for 360-degree printing, enabling Industry 4.0 remote management and services. This allows for real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, remote parameter adjustment, and timely troubleshooting, greatly improving production management efficiency and reducing maintenance response time.

• It is equipped with electrical components from well-known brands, along with an easy-to-use touchscreen operation and a PLC control system, ensuring reliable performance. The user-friendly interface makes operation simple even for new operators, while the stable control system guarantees consistent printing quality and minimizes operational errors.

• Featuring a highly customizable modular structure, the machine can be linearly connected to form a 1-8 color printing press. • The standard configuration of the machine includes screen-printing and IR curing modules. • After the product printing is completed, it is discharged by a manipulator, arranged in an orderly manner, and enters a constant-temperature drying tunnel furnace to fully cure the ink. SLS1888-IR 5312 CNC Plastic Bottle Servo-Driven IR Brushing Machine is a fully automatic plastic bottle surface treatment equipment. Its application range is quite extensive, and it can be used for surface brushing treatment of various plastic bottles, such as PET bottles, PE bottles, PP bottles, PVC bottles, etc.

This model is suitable for printing various colors of thermosetting inks on the surface of plastic round, oval, square bottles and cans (e.g. feed bottles, water bottles).Modules adopt a magnetic quick-release structure, with the disassembly and installation time of a single module ≤ 15 minutes. (vulnerable parts) such as screens and squeegees can be replaced independently, reducing maintenance downtime costs.
The printing function of the machine is servo-driven, allowing easy 360-degree printing through digital control.
The machine is modular, with each module containing independent screen printing and hot-air surface drying functions, and linear combination connections for up to an 8-color integrated production line.
After printing, the finished product enters an oven at a maximum temperature of 120° and is baked by a robot for 10 minutes for complete curing.
