Machine Features:

The machine is suitable for screen printing various colors of UV ink, hot stamping and other decorations on bottles, jars, caps and other shapes of products, which are made of plastic,metal, glass and other materials.

The machine uses an integrated turntable design—all printing functions are finished with the same fixture. This not only ensures printing accuracy up to ±0.1mm but also prevents product scratches, avoiding surface damage during processing.

Driven by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables smooth 360-degree printing on products. It also comes with remote management and service functions (Industry 4.0), facilitating real-time monitoring and maintenance.

What is the difference between a linear screen printing machine and a CNC rotary screen printing machine?

1. Straight line screen printing machine is faster than CNC rotary screen printing machine, but the printing accuracy is lower.
2. Straight line presses are modular combinations, the more colors the larger the footprint, while CNC rotary is a rotating structure that will save space.
3. CNC printers are easier to use with remote management and service feature.
4. For CNC machine, all printing functions will be done in the same set of fixture, which will avoid the product being scratched.
5. All adjustments such as printing head, screen frame etc. can be fixed by wireless tablet PC, but linear machine must be adjusted manually.
