Machine Feature

• Powered by a digitally controlled servo motor, the machine enables 360-degree printing on products. It also comes equipped with remote management and service capabilities, aligning with Industry 4.0 standards.

Optional Configuration

• Unscrambling & Feeding Machine: This device automatically arranges disordered workpieces (such as plastic soft tubes) in an orderly manner and accurately conveys them to the next processing station, realizing continuous and stable feeding for the entire production line.

• Hot Stamping Function: It uses a heated stamping die to transfer the metallic or colored foil onto the surface of the workpiece, creating clear, wear-resistant decorative patterns or text to enhance the product's appearance grade.

• Plasma Surface Treatment Function: By generating low-temperature plasma to act on the workpiece surface, it effectively removes oil stains, dust and other impurities, and improves the surface tension and adhesion, laying a good foundation for subsequent printing or coating processes.

• Visual Registration Function: Equipped with high-precision industrial cameras and image recognition systems, it can automatically capture the workpiece's position and align the printing or processing components in real time, ensuring the accuracy of decorative patterns or text on the workpiece.

• LED-UV Curing Function: Adopting efficient LED-UV light sources, it rapidly cures UV inks, varnishes and other materials on the workpiece surface, with fast curing speed, energy saving and environmental protection, and can effectively improve the wear resistance and gloss of the coating.

• Finished Product Quality Inspection Function: Through visual detection or sensor testing, it automatically checks whether the finished product has defects such as missing printing, offset, and unqualified curing, and screens out unqualified products to ensure the quality of the delivered products.
