Measuring Principle
Measuring Non-magnetic coatings on magnetic substrates (such as
aluminum, chromium, copper, rubber coatings on steel, iron, alloy
and hard magnetic steel substrates).
When the probe contact with cover, measuring probe and magnetic
metal matrix form a closed magnetic circuit, as a result of the
existence of a non-magnetic layer, make the magnetic circuit
magnetic resistance change, can be derived by measuring the change
the thickness of coating.

Unit conversion method is:When turned on the
instrument,press“Menu”to select up or down key to enter“Unit”and
press“Menu”to enter the Unit setting and press up or down key to
select μm or mils,“Exit”to go back and get the new test.
Statistics
The instrument for measuring value automatically,It need at least
three measurements to complete statistics:Average,standard
deviation,test times, maximum test values, the minimum test values.
