Spray-line online PCB assembly cleaning machine SME-6140P

SME-6140 is an online, integrated, fully automatic PCBA cleaning machine. It is used for online cleaning of organic and inorganic contaminants such as residual rosin flux and non-cleanable flux on the surface of PCBA after SMT soldering and THT insertion processes. It is widely applied in industries such as automotive electronics, military, aviation, aerospace, communication, medical, Mini LED, and intelligent instruments, and is suitable for centralized cleaning of large quantities of PCBA, balancing both cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect.

1. Online, large-scale pure water washing system.
2. Excellent cleaning effect, effectively removing water-soluble fluxing agents and other organic and inorganic pollutants.
3. Multi-area operation water washing process, pre-washing, washing, rinsing, and finally spraying, air cutting, hot air drying, all steps are completed in sequence.
4. Adopting the back-end to front-end overflow method, automatically updating and replenishing pure water.
5. Adjustable spray pressure of pure water on the top and bottom, real-time display of pressure values.
6. DI water jet pressure can reach 8 Opsi, can fully penetrate into the gap at the bottom of the PCBBA, cleaning is thorough.
7. Equipped with resistivity monitoring system, measurement range 0 - 18 MQ.
8. PCB flat mesh belt conveying system, running smoothly.
9. PLC control system, Chinese/English operation interface, program easy to set, modify, store and call.
10. SUS304 stainless steel body, sturdy and durable, resistant to cleaning solutions such as acids and alkalis.
11. Equipment bottom equipped with a leakage liquid collection tray, with leakage detection alarm function.
12. Equipped with a reader, real-time transmission, storage of data, providing traceable and controllable effective data for production management.
