SME-3100 is SUS304 stainless steel material automatic ink and screen cleaning machine for PCB soldering ink.
It is specially used to clean printed ink, glue, silver paste...to make screen clean and dry and waiting for re-use next time. SME-3100 uses solvent spray cleaning technology to spray cleaning solvent onto surface of screen to wash ink residual off. It is totally driven by compressed air, not use electric power. Rotate spray clean + spray resin + air dry process can clean any silk screen clean and dry.
Mainly used in the following industries:
1. TP/PCB/FPC: Ink, Silver paste, Isolated/Etching glue Screen and
Stencil.
2. Sneakers/Clothing/Sings/Plastic/Hardware Silk Printing Screen.
Machine Feature:
1. Totally driven by compressed air, no electric power, no
explosion, fire caused by electric sparks.
2. Totally SUS 304 structure, resist Acid and Alkali corrosion, 10
