Coolers in lead-free reflow oven need to be cleaned 15~30days regularly or else the coolers will be covered with flux and can not play its role in the machine. As coolers are very dirty and harmful, no operators want to clean it by hand. SME-5200 automatic cleaning machine is right for coolers.

Stainless Steel Wave Soldering Pallet Cleaning Machine ETC Rehm Ersa Reflow Oven Cooler And Filter Cleaning Machine is a 1000mm diameter basket automatic cleaning machine. Coolers of Lead-free Ersa and Rehm reflow oven can be cleaned in this machine very easily.

PLC control, TP operation. SME-5220 is consist of wash unit, rinse unit, dry unit, filter unit and electric control unit. Liqui clean, tap water rinse, hot air blow dry process are automatic conducted one by one accorind to setting programe.

Machine process: Put the dirt coolers into the cleaning basket, setting the cleaning parameters, the machine will automatically complete wash, rinse and dry process by just pushing start key. The coolers are clean and dry after cleaning and ready for use.

Machine features:

1.Total SUS 304 structure, resist Acid and Alkali corrosion, firm and attractive.
2. φ1000mm diameter big cleaning round basket, can clean 20~40 pcs fixtures at one time.
3. Clean liquid spray from 3 spray rods on upper/lower and front side, cleaning basket rotates during cleaning.
4. Clean liquid pressure up to 6kg/cm2, make it throughly clean of whole fixture.
5. PLC program control, Touch-panel operation,cleaning parameters can be set and change conveniently.
6. Easy One-button operation, high pressure clean+ rinse+ hot air dry, all process complete in a cycle automatically.
7. Clean liquid and water heat and temperature keeping function.
8. Closed-loop clean and rinse, clean detergent and rinse water are cycling filtered and reused in the machine.
9. Standard equipped solution and water auto fill in and discharge function.
10.The fixtures are clean and dry after cleaning, standby and ready for use at any time.

A1: Yes, it can.

Q2: How many fixtures can SME-5200 clean one time?

A2: It depends on pallet size. for Rehm, it can clean 4 in one time, for Ersa, it can clean 1or 2 in one time.

Q3: What is cycle time of SME-5200?

A3: It is about 40~45 miutes, including wash,rinse and hot air blow dry time.
