working principle
PPC series air box pulse bag filter consists of upper box body,
middle box body, lower box and ash head, ladder, platform, gas
storage tank, pulse valve, dragon frame, screw conveyor, ash
unloading valve, electrical control cabinet, air The press and
other components are made according to standards. The wiring
position of the incoming terminal is set according to the user's

Under the action of the main fan of the system, the dust-containing
gas enters the pre-collection chamber of the dust collector from
the dust inlet of the PPC type air box pulse bag filter. The
dust-containing gas flows into the ash hopper under the impact of
the baffle, and the flow rate decreases at the same time. Slow,
under the action of inertia and the weight of the dust, the coarser
dust particles directly fall into the ash hopper and are discharged
from the ash discharging mechanism, which plays a role of
pre-collection. The clean gas after passing through the filter bag
enters the upper box and flows into the air outlet and is
discharged.
The body of the air box pulse bag filter is divided into several
box areas, and there is a lifting penalty driven by a cylinder on
the side outlet pipe of each box. When the filter bag of the air
box pulse bag filter works for one cycle, the ash cleaning
controller will send a signal, the poppet valve of the first box
room starts to close and cut off the overflow gas, and the pulse
valve of the box room opens to a value greater than 0.4Mpa.
Compressed air rushes into the clean air chamber to clear the dust
on the filter bag; when this action is completed, the poppet valve
reopens, the box re-filters, and all the dust removal actions are
completed according to the above procedures one by one.

The off-line three (filtering, cleaning, static) cleaning method is

work. When a single machine fails, the manual control can be
switched randomly to avoid changing the program and causing too
much ash accumulation in the ash hopper, causing the auger to jam
or causing the dust to accumulate in the pipeline, reducing the
suction effect and causing the pipeline to block.

Separate chamber spraying and cleaning: One pulse valve can spray
one chamber at the same time (the number of filter bags has 32, 64,
