Composition:

Principle: Dust enters the cylinder through the air inlet. Due to
the principle of inertia or the dust absorption of the induced
draft fan, dust is adsorbed on the bag. As time goes on, the dust
of the bag becomes more and more, which increases and compresses
the air to the bag, thereby increasing the resistance of the bag
(filter), resulting in a gradual reduction of the air handling
capacity. For normal work, it is necessary to clean the bag and
dust. When the pulse controller triggers the control valves
sequentially and opens the pulse valves, the compressed air in the
air box is injected into the corresponding cloth bags through the
venturi tubes, and the cloth bags expand rapidly in an instant, so
that the dust accumulated on the surface of the cloth bags (filter
cartridges) falls off and the cloth bags are regenerated. Dust
falls into the mixing tank or the ash storage room.

3. Reasonable box structure and automatic control series

gas enters the expanded ash hopper of the dust collector for
pre-collection, and is evenly distributed through the deflector.
Between each filter bag, the dust is retained on the outer surface
of the filter bag. In order to make the equipment resistance not
exceed 1200Pa, the high-pressure gas is pulsed through the solenoid
valve, so that the compressed air (0.5~0.7MPa) in the air bag is
