DLD7 Single Disc ELECTORMAGNETIC CLUTCH 15 - 85 W
In order to ensure uninterrupted operation of the electromagnetic
clutch, it must always be maintenance and repair:
1, is often added to the lubricant in the movable part of the
electromagnetic clutch.
2, regular inspection of the length of the armature stroke. Since
during operation of the clutch, since the movable section of the
wear surface, it will increase the length of the armature stroke.
When the armature is less than the normal length of the stroke must
be adjusted to restore the minimum clearance between the brake
surface of the turntable. If the armature stroke length is
increased to above normal, it is possible to significantly reduce
suction.
3, if the replacement of the worn braking surface should be
re-adjust the minimum clearance between the brake surface of the
turntable.
4, always check the fastening bolts, in particular, to tighten a
bolt electromagnet, the electromagnet and the bolt housing, bolt
yoke, a bolt and a bolt connection solenoid coil.
5, regular inspection of mechanical wear of the movable member, and
the electromagnet parts of the surface to remove dust, dirt and
hair flowers.
