Wafer brush is equipped on the sweepers, which is suitable for
various snow sweeper of manufacturers from world. It is widely used
in snow sweeping/road sweeping in highways, national highways,
provincial highways, urban /rural roads, airports, docks, squares,
and scenic roads. Wafer brush is manufactured by steel coil
processing. With no binder and less vibration, it can further
improve thecleaning power. Front-mounted snow sweepers are the most commonly
used in snow sweepers.The wafer brush can be divided into two
types, flat and convoluted. The bristles are mainly made of PP,
hard PP, Steel Wire, PP+steel wire. ① For wafer brush with inner diameter less than 128mm, the pin
diameter is about 6mm;② For wafer brush with inner diameter over 128mm, the pin diameter
is about 8mm;
③ Pin spacing: default 30-32mm (customize larger pin spacing
35-40mm need to reopen the
mold)
