Product Overview
The Volute Sludge Dewatering Machine (TPDL) represents an advanced
screw press technology designed for efficient sludge treatment in
petrochemical plants and food processing facilities. This
innovative system features a clog-free design that eliminates the
need for sedimentation and sludge thickening tanks, significantly
reducing construction costs for wastewater treatment plants.
Utilizing a unique combination of rotating screws and moving rings
for self-cleaning, the TPDL operates under full PLC automation
control. With its low-speed operation, this cutting-edge equipment
consumes minimal power and water compared to traditional
centrifuges, belt presses, and frame filter presses.
Working Principle
Wastewater is fed into the dewatering machine where sludge is
conveyed toward the discharge outlet by helical blades. As the gap
between these blades progressively narrows, the sludge undergoes
increasing pressure, initiating the dewatering process. The
separated water is expelled through spaces between fixed and moving
plates, while the dewatered sludge is discharged as cake.
