2025 New Customized Automatic Volute Sludge Dehydrator – Multi-Disk Screw Press for Farm Applications
Product Overview
This advanced sludge dewatering system is specifically designed for
agricultural applications, effectively reducing sludge moisture
content to 75%–85%. The integrated multi-disk screw press
configuration includes a fully automatic control cabinet,
flocculation conditioning tank, sludge thickening and dewatering
unit, and filtrate collection tank. It enables highly efficient
flocculation and continuous sludge concentration and mechanical
dewatering through fully automated operation. The treated filtrate
can be safely discharged or returned for further processing.
Working Principle
Sludge is delivered to the flocculation reaction tank via a sludge pump.
Sludge and flocculant (PAM) are thoroughly mixed in the flocculation tank to form large flocs.
The solid-liquid mixture enters the spiral chamber by gravity flow.
A reducer drives the spiral shaft to rotate, conveying the sludge from the concentration section to the dewatering section.
Filtrate is discharged through gaps between moving and fixed rings, while further pressurized dewatering is achieved by adjusting the back-pressure plate gap, ultimately discharging dewatered sludge cake.
