Product Description
The rotary drum microfilter is a high-efficiency, high-precision
solid-liquid separation system designed to effectively remove fine
visible impurities from wastewater. Built to food-grade standards,
it incorporates advanced backwashing and self-cleaning mechanisms
for continuous and reliable operation.
Working Principle
Wastewater enters the equipment, where solids are intercepted by
the rotating hollow drum. As the drum rotates slowly, the retained
debris is lifted to the highest point. Under the combined action of
gravity and the backwashing system, the solids are dislodged,
collected in an integrated tank, and discharged from the system.
The filtered effluent passes through the drum screen and proceeds
to subsequent treatment stages.
