Product Overview:
The 70m³/h 304 Stainless Steel Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Machine is a high-efficiency system designed for removing suspended solids (SS), reducing COD, BOD, chromaticity, and other pollutants from industrial sewage. Constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel, this unit ensures durability and long-term performance in demanding environments.


System Composition:
The DAF system integrates the following key components:

  • Air flotation tank

  • Dissolved air system

  • Recirculation water pipeline

  • Dissolved air water release device

  • Skimmer mechanism

  • Advanced electrical control system

This compact, modular design minimizes footprint, simplifies installation, and facilitates maintenance.


Working Principle:
Coagulant and flocculant are dosed into the influent water. After sufficient flocculation time, the pretreated water enters the contact zone, where it mixes with micron-sized air bubbles from the dissolved air water. These bubbles attach to the flocs, forming a bubble-floc aggregate that rapidly rises to the surface in the separation zone. The buoyant force of the bubbles separates the suspended solids, forming a floating sludge layer. A skimmer continuously removes the sludge, while clarified water is collected from the bottom via a perforated collection pipe. A portion of this clean water is recycled to the dissolved air system, and the rest is discharged as treated effluent.
