The shaftless screw conveyor consists of shaftless screw, U-shaped groove, lining plate, cover plate, inlet and outlet and driving device.
screw conveyor is mainly used for the screen residue of the fine screen trash remover in the sewage treatment plant and the sludge cake after sludge dewatering, as well as powdery, granular and small materials, such as pulverized coal, soda ash, recycled rubber powder, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate and small coal. The screw conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials that are easy to deteriorate, viscous and caking.
