The dissolved vapor air floatation machine is used to discharge air into the sewage to generate tiny bubbles as a carrier, so that pollutants such as emulsified oil and tiny suspended solids in the sewage can attach to the bubbles to form a suspension, and then float out of the water, scrape into the slag tank through the scraper, and discharge through the slag discharge port.
Equipment composition
The dissolved vapor flotation equipment is composed of air
flotation tank body, dissolved air system, dissolved air water
return pipeline, dissolved air water release device, slag scraper
and electric control system.
Working principle
Air floatation is mainly used for solid-liquid separation (at the
same time, it can reduce COD, BOD, chroma, etc.). Add coagulant and
flocculant to raw water, and after effective flocculation reaction
time, the raw water will enter the combined air flotation contact
area. In the contact area, the micro bubbles in the dissolved air
water and the flocs in the raw water adhere to each other and enter
the separation area together. Under the effect of bubble buoyancy,
the flocs and bubbles rise to the liquid level together to form
scum. The scum is hung to the sludge area by the scum scraper. The
clean water in the lower layer flows to the clean water reservoir
automatically through the collecting pipe. One part of the clean
water returns to the dissolved air system, and the other part is
discharged.
