The dosing system is a complete set of equipment integrating
dosing, mixing, liquid transportation and automatic control. It is
widely used in the raw water, boiler feed water, oilfield surface
gathering and transportation dehydration treatment systems of power
plants, various petrochemical dosing systems and wastewater
treatment systems. Such as adding coagulant, phosphate, ammonia,
lime water, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, bactericidal and
algal killing agent, etc.
Working principle
The dosing device is configured in the mixing box according to the
required reagent concentration. After being stirred evenly by the
agitator, it is put into the solution tank, and the metering pump
is used to transport the prepared solution to the dosing point or
the designated system.
Application
It is mainly used in thermal power plants, chemical industry,
metallurgy, ships, central heating and other occasions where
boilers are used.
It is used for pretreatment and dosing of tap water supply, mainly
in urban waterworks, large-scale enterprises' own waterworks,
textile printing and dyeing, steel, paper and other industries.
The dosing of wastewater and sewage treatment in environmental
protection is mainly used for wastewater and sewage treatment in
cities, industrial and mining enterprises, large hotels and
restaurants.
Matters needing attention
1. When selecting the dosing device, the user first determines the
specification (including the parameters of the metering pump, the
volume of the solution tank and other conditions) according to the
amount of solution to be added to the system, and then determines
the dosing method (generally, "one for use and one for standby")
according to the dosing situation.
2. Select the material of each component of the dosing device, the
model of the metering pump, or provide us with the parameters of
the added agent (name, concentration, temperature, density,
viscosity, corrosivity, etc.).
