The spiral sludge dehydrator is a new type of solid-liquid separation equipment that uses the screw extrusion principle to squeeze and dewater sludge through the strong extrusion force generated by the change of screw diameter and screw pitch, as well as the small gap between the traveling ring and the fixed ring.
Tectonic principle
The main body of the spiral sludge dehydrator is composed of multiple fixed rings and movable rings, and the spiral shaft runs through it to form a filtering device. The front section is the concentration section, and the rear section is the dehydration section, which completes the sludge thickening and pressing dehydration in one cylinder, replacing the traditional filter cloth and centrifugal filtration mode with a unique and delicate filter body mode.
