■ Presentation
Users only need to make the equipment foundation and connect the
inlet and outlet water pipes as required to put it into operation.
At the same time, the filter series products are equipped with a
top cover, and the sanitary protection conditions are good. It can
be set up in the open air, has a small weight compared with the
reinforced concrete filter, and adopts a flexible foundation of
asphalt sand.
■ Working Principal
The water from the flushing tank passes through the connecting
channel, the catchment area and the water distribution system to
flush the filter material layer from bottom to top. The flushed
waste water flows into the drainage well through the siphon pipe
and overflows from the water seal weir to the ditch. During the
flushing process, the water level of the water tank gradually
drops. When flushing for about 5 minutes, when the water level of
the water tank drops below the rim of the siphon failure bucket,
the siphon failure tube will absorb all the water in it, exposing
the nozzle, and the air will quickly pass from the siphon failure
tube. Entering the top of the siphon tube, the siphon is destroyed,
the washing process ends, and the filtration starts again.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
