1: Cleaning

Remove all kinds of oil stains and impurities on the surface of the brake ring, use gauze to roughen the side that needs to be bonded, and use acetone for cleaning at the same time.

2: Glue

Use a scraper to apply glue more than twice. After the inner application is completed, it needs to be dried in a natural environment. The drying time is 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Just print.

3: Fixed

Place it in the corresponding area and fix it with a pressure plate. The fixed plane needs to be kept horizontal, without obvious inclination, and tightly fitted with the electric hoist. Let it cure for 2 hours at a high temperature of 180 degrees.

2: If it is found that the braking distance of the electric hoist becomes longer, the braking effect becomes longer or the normal hoisting cannot be carried out, the brake ring of the electric hoist needs to be replaced.
