Endoscope Camera Module
Our client wanted to develop a visual dental scaler, so he found us
to design the camera module part for him. Our engineering team and
their product development department docked and discussed, and then
made this MIPI camera module.
This is a 0.3MP camera module with GC0312 sensor from GalaxyCore.
Because the distance is very close, it is used to photograph the
dirt on the teeth, so there is no high requirement on the pixels.
Since the light in the oral cavity is not very good, we also
installed 6 LED lights around the camera to fill the light. In
addition, the distance between the surface of the tooth being
photographed and the camera is relatively close, so we used a lens
with a very good depth of field.
