Air Bellows Characteristics

1. Air bellows are the ideal choice for applications requiring short stroke, high thrust single acting actuators.
2. Manufactured from fabric reinforced synthetic rubber in one, two or three convolutions according to stroke and model.
3. They incorporate no reciprocating metal parts and so provide virtually frictionless thrust compared with conventional pneumatic cylinders.
4. All models are single acting only. The return stroke is provided in part by the natural spring action of the bellows but more usually by the load itself.
5. The simplicity of construction provides an extremely long, virtually maintenance-free service life even under arduous conditions.
6. Air bellows are suitable for vibration applications i.e. device feeders at high frequency.

What are the Typical Applications?

As mentioned above, air bellows are ideal for high-load, low-thrust applications, as well as applications where vibration is a serious problem. Examples include handling applications such as scissor lifts or platform lifts, machine blocks or bases, hopper shock absorbers, roller tensioners, stamping presses, and vehicle suspensions.

In many of these applications, air bellows are used both to generate motion (as actuators) and for isolation in situations with high vibration.

Established in 2008, Our company covers 20,000㎡ and is located in Taihe Town Baiyun District. With the rapid development of our company, we are equipped with modernized workshop and advanced rubber air springs equipments now. We are the first company who started air spring business and has become one of the largest air spring manufacturing bases in China.

In 2017, we launched a collaboration with High Tech of US customers to customize the products of our customers and the logo of our customers. Every year, there are about 10,000 orders.
