Feature
Highly durable, precisely engineered and cost-effective for use in
a wide variety of actuation and vibration isolation applications
Superior quality and performance—time-tested designs,
fabric-reinforced neoprene or natural rubber flex member
construction and corrosion-protected end retainers
As an actuator, Air Springs provide linear or angular motion
Favorable stroke-to-compressed-height ratio when compared to air
cylinders and can accept a wide variety of actuation media such as
air, water, nitrogen or antifreeze
As an isolator, Air Springs are effective in reducing the harmful
effects of vibration
Can simultaneously isolate vibration and regulate load height as
well as allow for consistent vibration isolation under varying
loads
GUOMAT air spring offers a variety of air spring types to meet your
actuation or isolation needs
This type of air spring can be used in motorcycle lifts
The air spring is filled with compressed air in a sealed container,
and uses the compressibility of the gas to achieve its elastic
effect. The air spring has ideal non-linear elastic
characteristics, after the height adjustment device is installed.
Due to the fundamental difference in principle, gas springs have
significant advantages over ordinary springs: relatively slow
speed, little change in dynamic force (generally within 1:1.2), and
easy control.
As the lifting element of the lifting equipment, the rubber air
spring overcomes the traditional shortcomings of the lifting
equipment, requires no maintenance, has a long service life, and is
easy to operate and replace.
