How air springs work

When the air spring works, the inner cavity is filled with compressed air to form a compressed air column. With the increase of the vibration load, the height of the spring decreases, the volume of the inner cavity decreases, the stiffness of the spring increases, and the effective bearing area of the inner cavity air column increases, and the bearing capacity of the spring increases.

Air springs have excellent nonlinear hard characteristics, so they can effectively limit the amplitude, avoid resonance, and prevent shock. The natural frequency of the air spring vibration isolation system can be designed to be very low, even below 1Hz.

Therefore, the vibration isolation efficiency of the air spring is much higher than that of other vibration isolation components, and it can isolate low-frequency vibration. Especially because the air spring vibration isolation system is easy to implement active control, as a vibration isolation element with adjustable nonlinear static and dynamic stiffness and damping characteristics, the application of air spring is more and more extensive.

Established in 2008, Our company covers 20,000㎡ and is located in Taihe Town Baiyun District. With the rapid development of our company, we are equipped with modernized workshop and advanced rubber air springs equipments now. We are the first company who started air spring business and has become one of the largest air spring manufacturing bases in China.

In 2017, we launched a collaboration with High Tech of US customers to customize the products of our customers and the logo of our customers. Every year, there are about 10,000 orders.
