Product Details
Foaming agent Q60 is a yellow to brownish yellow oily liquid. It is a product of our company's special foaming agent series. This foaming agent has a fast foaming rate and strong foaming ability, and is suitable for the beneficiation of non-ferrous metal ores and rare precious metal ores, especially for non-ferrous metal ores with a high proportion of target minerals and high content of argillaceous gangue. It is an excellent substitute for intenational renowned brands. The original solution of this product is added for use, with a dosage of 5-60 grams per ton of raw ore. Please refer to the actual on-site usage for specific usage.
Uses
(1) It is suitable for flotation operation with high content of peat
stone in raw ore. It can effectively reduce the viscosity of
flotation froth, improve the separation efficiency of target
minerals, and achieve the purpose of improving concentrate grade
and recovery rate.
(2) It is suitable for the flotation conditions of fine and fine
grinding size of target minerals in the original ore. To improve
the separation efficiency of target minerals, reduce or eliminate
the interference of gangue minerals on the recovery of target
minerals, and improve the beneficiation index.
Yellow to brownish yellow oily liquid with characteristic odor and miscible with most common organic
solvents. The solubility is 1.7% at 20°C, slightly water-soluble,
with a specific gravity of 0.94-0.96, stable chemical properties,
and high content of active ingredients.
