Production Time : 12-20days at least it depends much on the quantity after sample approved.

Shipment : Cheapest way : by sea, it will take about 1 month

Express: DHL, UPS , TNT, Fedex, EMS, it will take about 4-5days.

Small quantity: China post about at least 15days.
