Overview:
It has the independent intellectual property rights and the new process of purification of natural gas and methane, and it has overcome the shortcoming of low yield, high energy consumption and strict preprocessing for the application of PSA to the methane concentration, making the yield of the methane of high concentration (>95%) exceed 98%, which can be adopted for power generation, CNG energy and hydrogen production from natural gas and chemical raw materials.

Environmental protection and safety
9.1 Waste gas
The waste gas in the equipment mainly comes from the PSA desorbed gas, the main medium is carbon dioxide, the treatment measures for waste gas is mainly combustion before direct emission, the emission shall conform to the Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants, and the waste gas can also be delivered into the whole-equipment flare system for emission after combustion.
Waste residual
The service life of adsorbent is about 10 years, and it can be recycled or buried deeply.
Waste liquor
There is no waste liquor in the equipment.
Noise
The noise mainly comes from the mechanical equipment during the equipment production, it does not exceed the standard during normal operation, and the noise of compressor shall conform to the Standard of Noise at Boundary of Industrial Enterprises.
Safety technology and fire protection measures
The equipment is arranged in open air so as to prevent accumulation of combustible and poisonous gas.
The process technology is mature and reliable, and the advanced control system can realize whole-process monitoring on the whole production process. The main processes such as conversion are provided with a safety interlock system so as to realize the fault safety of production equipment.
Electrical equipment and instrument with corresponding explosion-proof level are adopted according to the dangerous areas of the factory, and wiring is based on relevant regulations. The workshops, equipment and pipelines are provided with lightning and static electricity protection earthing system.
The equipment such as the adsorption tower is optimized during design, and reliable materials are adopted on the perspective of process and safety so as to accomplish the intrinsic safety of equipment.
Life guarantee
The life guarantee value of adsorbent is 5 years;
The life guarantee value of the valve body is 10 years;
The guaranteed service life of the equipment is 15 years.
