Ear loop welder principle:

The generator convert the 220v50HZ electrical power into ultrasonic mechanical vibration power to the ceramic transducer and the welding head(horn),the vibration will up to 35000 times per second, then this power will go throw the booster and welding horn to the thermal non-woven laminates to gain enough frictional heat, this heat can break the molecular structure of the mask, let the ear loop and mask surface melt together.

The ultrasonic welding method is used to form a micro-amplitude high-frequency vibration on the earloop, which is instantly converted into melt the material to be processed: This machine is suitable for underwear bra welding, non-woven mask spot welding.
