* Customize axles with different wheelbase for customers. General purpose single tire 2040mm double 1840mm.

* It can be equipped with drum brake and disc brake, hand adjusting arm and self adjusting arm

* Full air circuit control system for air suspension can be provided.

* It can be equipped with air suspension of 120 square axles, 150 square axles, 127 round axles and 146 round axles.

* There are different air suspensions for use on van, stake truck, low flatbed truck, car carrier trailer, tank truck, etc

PARTS DESCRIPTION:

** Guide Arm:

The guide arm is specally developed by Turkey DIKMEN company according toe service characteristcs of Huajin Air Suspension.The guide arm earhole bushing is made of metal-rubber-wear resistant metal.It has good impact resistance and service life of more than 2 years.

** Airbag:

The airbag developed by Vibracoustic Germany,a well-known European brand,specializes in the use characteristics of Huajing air suspension.

** Bracket:

Stamping of High Strength Sheet

Huajing established in 2002, is one of the biggest semi-trailer spare parts manufacturer in Asia. It is composed by Guangzhou Huajing Machine Manufacture Co., Ltd and Guangdong Huajing Auto Spare Parts Manufacturer Co., Ltd, which covers an area of 400.000 square meters and has more than 800 staff. Production processes include forging, casting, welding, machining, stamping, heat treatment, hot extrusion, intermediate frequency, surface treatment, mould design and manufacturing etc. With more than 10 years development and innovation, Huajing has become a leader in the industry of semi-trailer axle manufacturing.

Huajing is dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of semi-trailer spare parts, like German and American type axle, mechanical suspension, air suspension, bogie suspension, landing gear,etc. The company currently has the capability of maximum production capacity of 500.000 axles, 150.000 suspensions, 150.000 landing gears, 1.000.000 brake shoes and 80.000 tons forging parts, can meet the growing demand of the market and continuously provide qualified products and satisfactory service to costumers.

All the key parts are processed by PLC equipment according to the international standards to ensure stable quality.
