ISO Round Wafer Shipping Box With Anti-Static ESD Foam Spacer
From 4" to 8" wafers, our wafer jars are available in multiple
sizes to meet your exact process requirements.
The anti-static foam protects the surface of the wafer from being
damaged by static electricity to the greatest extent, and also
plays a large buffer role between the wafers. It is suitable for
all kinds of transportation and transfer. It is easy to use and
reusable after opening the lid, and it is an economical and
practical way of loading.
EPE foams are low-density, semi-rigid, closed-cell foams that are
generally somewhere in stiffness/compliance between Expanded
polystyrene and Polyurethane. Base polymer for EPE foams ranges
from Low-density polyethylene (LDPE) to High-density polyethylene
(HDPE). EPE foam can be used for the protection of the wafer and silicon.
Highest level of protection against damage when used together with
the Wafer jar and foam liner.
Pink Foams are both anti-static PE Foams with perfect shockproof
ability and no odor. As the ESD packing foam sheets, they can be
made into various foam sheets as required, widely used in the
packing of ESD or anti-static sensitive components.

arrange shipment by themselves or their agents.
