BTXB-IV Exfoliated cell inhalation collection device

Function

Install the vacuum adapter on the air intake pipe of the vacuum sweeper. Turn on the vacuum sweeper and point the vacuum adapter to the exfoliated cells, which are then sucked into the vacuum adapter under negative pressure and captured by the filter. The negative pressure of the vacuum sweeper can be adjusted to change the vacuum force.

Method of use

A. Unpack the vacuum adapter and plug it into the air inlet of the vacuum sweeper.

B. Turn on the vacuum sweeper and the exfoliated cells are sucked into the vacuum adapter and captured by the filter.

C. Remove the vacuum adapter and put it back in the packing bag (DNA free).

D. In the laboratory, rotate the two parts of the vacuum adapter apart.

E. Take out the filter with tweezers and put it into a centrifuge tube to extract DNA.
