Q1: What’s the Aluminum composite panel? And what’s this kind of product used for?

A1:Aluminum composite panel is a kind of building and decorative material made of two thin aluminum skin bonded to a non-aluminum core. It’s known as aluminum composite material in some area. It is mostly used for external cladding or facades of buildings, internal wall decoration and signage filed.

Q2: Where is your factory? And how can I visit you?

A2: Our company was founded in 2000, we are located in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province, China, which is adjacent to Wenzhou Airport. If you need to transfer flight, 1 hour from Shanghai or 2 hours from Guangzhou to Wenzhou Airport is okay.

Q3: How many production lines do you have?

A3: Our workshop currently have 9 advanced high-speed production lines, including 6 Aluminum composite panel production lines, 1 A2 Fireproof Aluminum corrugated composite panel production line and 2 coating lines.

Q4: What’s your available size of ACP panels?

A4: 1. Width: 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm;
2. Length: upon request, but preferably <5800mm;
3. Standard size: 1220mm*2440mm (4’ * 8’);

Q5: Is there a minimum order requirement? How about the payment term and delivery time?

A5: 1. Yes, we set the MOQ accordingly for different ACP models. PE ACP--600 square meters, PVDF ACP--800 square meters, Special or custom colors ACP--1000 square meters.
2. Payment term: 30% deposit T/T in advance, 70% balance see copy of B/L.
3. The delivery time is within 18-22 working days after you approve the colors and confirm the PI and bank receive the deposit money.

Q6: Is it possible to arrange and produce by using our logo?

A6: Yes, logo OEM is acceptable. Please offer your brand to us first, then we’ll make several logo design for your choice. Extra US$300 should be charged on your first order, and this extra US$300 will be refunded on your 5th container’s order.

Q7: How about the guarantee time for ACP panels?

A7: PVDF coating for the exterior use, which has an excellent weather resistance, 15-years guarantee time; PE coating for interior use, 10-years guarantee time; PE coating for exterior use, 5-years guarantee time. We don’t take any responsibility for any damage caused by humans.
