Silicon carbide tube sheet/plate
Silicon carbide tube plate is made of direct isostatic pressure, no
pressure sintering, and silicon carbide heat exchanger to form a
series of silicon carbide tube heat exchanger, mainly used for high
temperature and high pressure corrosion conditions. Sealing method
can be designed according to design requirements, and thread can be
processed.
Typical applications
Tube heat exchangers under high temperature and high pressure
corrosion of strong acid and strong alkali.
Application industries: fine chemical industry, pharmaceutical
industry, environmental protection engineering.
Features and advantages
Silicon Carbide Tubular Sheet Dimensional accuracy ±1.0mm,
thickness ±0.1mm, can also be processed according to customer
requirements for higher accuracy.
Tube Plate has a comprehensive corrosion resistance properties, can
be used in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid,
hydrofluoric acid and a variety of mixed acids, life is much longer
than graphite and metal materials.
SiC tube sheets are designed with stepped grooves or threads and
are pressure-sealed with a corrosion resistant material such as
perfluoroether O-rings.
The hardness of tube plate is second only to diamond. It can be
used in all kinds of conditions with particle erosion, and its life
is more than 5 times longer than that of graphite head.
Silicon carbide tubesheets are manufactured for rigorous size and
surface fluorescence penetrant testing.
Specifications
The current maximum outside diameter can be up to 400mm, and the
maximum outside diameter can be up to 600mm by the end of 2021.
Thickness is usually 25-25mm.
The shape and sealing of the tube plate are customized according to
customer drawings.
