This product uses nasopharyngeal chromatography for New Coronavirus
resistance of nasopharyngeal swabs and nasopharyngeal swabs in
suspicious patients. First inspection
Widely used: applicable to hospitals, CDC, communities, airports,
stations, customs, schools, enterprises, etc.
Sample Requirements
[sample requirements]
PP (polypropylene) rod is recommended.
(1) Oral and pharyngeal examination method: tilt the head slightly,
open the mouth and expose the pharyngeal tonsils on both sides.
Wipe the root of the tongue with a cotton swab, wipe the pharyngeal
tonsils on both sides at least 3 times, and then wipe the posterior
pharyngeal wall at least 3 times.
(2) Collection method of nasopharyngeal examination: the collector
gently holds the collector's head with a cotton swab, stabs it into
the nostrils, and slowly stabs it along the bottom of the lower
nasal tract. The nasal cavity is arc-shaped. Don't use too much
force to avoid traumatic bleeding. When the top of the swab reaches
the posterior wall of the nasopharyngeal cavity, rotate it slowly
for one week (stay for a period of time in case of reflex cough),
and then slowly remove the swab.
(3) Sample processing: for the collected samples, this kit includes
processing as soon as possible (if not immediately, the samples
will be dried and disinfected, sealed plastic pipes and strictly
kept), and stored at 2 ℃ ~ 8 ℃. Within 24 hours,; Use at - 70 ℃ for
a long time to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Test Method
[test method] please put all reagents back to room temperature
before test. The test was carried out at room temperature.
Extraction of specimens (see Figure 1)
1. Add 400 in the sample extraction tube vertically μ L (about 10
drops) sample package, insert the sample test into the sample
extraction tube, rotate about 10 times relative to the inner wall,
and dissolve the sample in the solution. probably.
2. Screw the cotton stick head of the test tube along the inner
wall of the exhaust pipe, keep the liquid in the test tube as much
as possible, and remove the test tube and discard it.
3. Cover with droplets.
Test procedure (see Figure II)
1. Take out the test card from the sticker bag.
2. Use 2 drops (about 80 μ 50) The sample extract is processed in
the sample hole of the test card, and then the timer is activated.
3. Read the results of the test card after 15 minutes at room
temperature. Invalid read result after 20 minutes
Interpretation of test results
The judgment diagram of the result of the test card shows the
following things.
Invalid ① result: there is no reaction production line in the
quality management production line (production line C), the test is
invalid and needs to be retested.
② Negative result: red ribbon, color indicates quality management
line (line C).
③ Positive results: two red bands, test line (T) and quality
control line (c).
