A:Recolux's LED lighting offer lamps in warm,natural,pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in Kelvin(k).The lower thecolour temperature is ,the warmer the light given by the LED:

Warm white=2700k-3200k

Natural white=4000k-4500k

Pure white=5000k-5500k

Cool white=6000k-6500k

2.Do you have the ability to do independent and development ?

A: Our engineer department have 7-12 people. We have the research and development capabilities. We also collect regularly each customer feedback. We have product improvement and new product development. We also hold monthly new product launches.

3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: No MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available

4. How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i
ncluding re-call according to real situation.
