Static pressure moulding technical refers to airflow with hydraulic muti-piston squeeze compaction technology,according to the difficulty of compaction,can choose only hydraulic multi-piston squeeze compaction or airflow and hydraulic multi-piston suqeeze compaction.


Static pressure has following advantages.

Horizontally parting static pressure automatic moulding machine is one of the main products with indepenent intellectual property rights of Weifang Kailong. It is suitable for the production of engine cylinder block, flywheel shell, brake drum, wheel hub and other gray iron, ductile iron and steel castings suitable for the size of the sand box.


The whole line has more than 30 sets of machinery, electric control, hydraulic equipment and sand box, pallent car. It includes sand falling, box splitting, box surface and inner cavity cleaning, modeling, turning, gate milling, gas hole milling, box closing, box hook tighting, casting cooling and other processes. Mouldling line is divided into sand falling, modeling, core setting, pouring, cooling five sections. And it has manual, single machine automatic, automatic, no molding, no sand, no sand, no blowing, blowing sand + blowing compaction, cooling channel selection and other working systems


Unique design of multiram press
For easy maintenance and free access to the hydraulic cylinders airflow squeeze green sand moulding machines use a unique design of the multi-ram squeeze head, fixing the hydraulic cylinders to a thick, machined steel plate. In case of necessary maintenance, standard welding may repair this basis steel plate; and cylinders may be exchanged easy and individually.


A. Process of molding machine

1. Empty Flask is indexed into the molding machine molding station
2. Pattern bolsters rotate or shuttle
3. The lifting cylinder rises, and the formwork, sand box and pre-sand frame rise
4. Quantitative sand adding
5. Move the sand bucket out while moving the multi-contacts in and clean the upper surface of the pre-sand frame
6. The lifting cylinder goes up again to top tight
7. Air pre-compacting and compaction
8. The lifting cylinder falls down while drafting


B. Turnover machine

1. Turnover machine in moulding section
Turn the sand box by 180 degrees to make mould joint facing up

2. Turnover machine in core setting section
Turn the sand box by 180 degrees before flask closing machine

C. Downgate Drilling Device

Used for milling the gate or riser at the specified point in the cope
