Functional Description of 70F Automatic Mid-air Three-dimensional
Blow Molding Machine. The KK70F series full-automatic high-speed
mid-air molding machine is a professional production equipment for
automotive air duct. It is particularly suitable for raw materials
such as PE, PP, TEEE, ABS, PA, PEDA-PP, PA-GF, etc. The mid-air
blow molding production capacity is 150 mold hours (air
circulation). Its main machine adopts a vertical direct-injection
first-out structure, with the extrusion system using imported
components. The screw is driven by a frequency conversion motor +
hard-tooth-face gearbox to achieve stepless speed regulation. The
clamping device adopts a hydraulic fixed double-pull rod opening
and closing mechanism, with good stability. The whole hydraulic
system adopts imported components, and the servo pump circuit and
electrical control system use PLC computer control, all using
world-famous brand electrical components.
