I.Gerenal Introduction

The cement mortar mixer is manufactured according to the unified drawings of the Cement Institute of China Building Materials Academy, and is in line with the standard equipment for implementing the international strength test method (ISO679) in China.

It can also replace JC/T722 as a mixer for GB/T17671 cement mortar test method. It can also be used as a clean slurry and mortar mixer for American standard, European standard and Japanese standard cement test.

Close the protective door, and turn on the power, the stirring pot will rise automatically through touch screen's control, and the servo motor will rotate after the pot reaches position. After decelerating the servo motor's output, the power is transmitted to the main shaft by the reducer and transmission mechanism. The main shaft drives the eccentric seat to rotate synchronously, so that the stirring blade fixed on the eccentric seat revolves. At the same time, the stirring blade completes the self-rotating around the fixed internal gear through the planetary gear on the upper end of the blade shaft. After filling sand to the sand tank, the mixer can add sand automatically or manually, after stirring, the stirring pot can be automatically lowered to its original position.

1. The mortar mixer can be installed easily on a flat cement platform.
2. There are foot pads at the mixer's bottom, which can adjust the levelness if the foundation is not flat.

VI. Operation

Connect the cement mortar mixer with single-phase 220V power and turn on the switch. The touch screen displays a welcome screen to indicate that the power is connected.
Add 1350g of standard sand, 225g of water and 450g of cement into the mixing pot, and put the stirring pot back to the positioning hole of the support, turn the pot clockwise until it is firmly locked, then close the protective door.
