Production Descriptions
FINERGY made large investments on automatic equipment and
production lines since 2016. The cells soldering and string are
completed by automatic high speed soldering machines. Then, the
robots put the strings on glass as type setting. Automatic
mechanical transfer of materials to eliminate damage and human
errors. There're 3 channels of EL detections and final power test
in the whole process to save waste and ensure high quality.
QC Inspections
Besides EL detections and power test on production, the QC staffs
of FINERGY company also take 4 times of visual inspections. Each
qualified panel has to be QC PASS sealed in red on the backsheet.
We promise each product to customers is perfect.
Standards
FINERGY factory is ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 approved. The
production processes follow strictly with IEC61215 and IEC61730
standards. Besides these, the ISO and TUV organizations take
factory period inspections once a year.
