I Description Of The Overmoulded Injection Probe Thermistor
Temperature Sensors
This assembly consists of a DO-35 NTC thermistor soldered to a TPE
extension cable. The sensor and the extension cable are moulded
together as one hot vulcanised unit to give a high degree of
protection against water/moisture ingress.

extension cable. The sensor and the extension cable are moulded
together as one hot vulcanised unit to give a high degree of
protection against water/moisture ingress. The sensor is protected
from mechanical damage by the stainless steel housing.
*A range of double-insulated, fully encapsulated sensors offering
IP68 waterproof protection. Suitable for refrigeration,
air-conditioning, solar and underfloor heating, these sensors
ensure absolute integrity against moisture ingress.
*A range of stainless steel housings can be added to increase
sensor robustness or provide various mounting options. Different
colour versions are also available.

III APPLICATIONS Of The Overmoulded Injection Probe Thermistor Temperature Sensors
The precision reached thanks to the technical solutions adopted in
the development of these sensors and the reliability proven by the
tests performed make NTC probes reliable and affordable transducers
for measuring temperature.
The range of IP 68 temperature sensors now includes TS* series
(with two new immersion sensors, NTC and PT100, PT1000 suitable
exclusively for hydronic applications) and a new pass-through
temperature sensor to be used in the blast chiller applications,
where the sensor is used for measuring the temperature in the
product heart.
