Specification:

ER70S-3 is a general-purpose welding alloy for fabrication of mild steel. This alloy contains silicon and manganese as deoxidizers. ER70S-3 is available for both GMAW (MIG) and GTAW (TIG) welding processes.

Purpose:

1.Used for welding low-carbon steel & thin plates.

2. Used for welding low-carbon steel parts with thorough surface treatment.

The rated capacity of the ultra-high power electric furnace is 115 tons, and the maximum steel output per furnace is 130 tons
It has two 115-ton LF refining furnaces and one double-station VD furnace

The largest flat steel ingot is 60 tons, and the largest plum blossom steel ingot is 270 tons

Continuous casting adopts the techniques of dynamic light pressing, dynamic secondary cooling and heavy pressing
