NC Thin Blade Slitter Scorer machine is used for slitting and scoring on the corrugated paperboard.It's fully controlled by computer,automatically change order,improve the production efficiency.Order change fast,order change time is 3-8s.
1. Mechanical speed: 200m/min, 250m/min
2. It can store 999 groups of orders and realize automatic or
manual change without stopping.
3. Longitudinal cutter and pressing wheel row single arbitrary
servo control, row single fast and accurate.
4. Two rows of pressure wire wheels are arranged, and zero pressure
wire is realized by any combination of pressure wire wheels.
5. Automatically track the speed of production line to ensure
synchronization with it. It can be connected with production
management system and has strong compatibility.
6. The upper and lower computer computer control system is composed
of high-quality imported industrial computers and high-performance
programmable controllers.
7. There are three types of line pressing: concave to convex
(three-layer line), convex to concave (five-layer line) and convex
to flat. The three types of line pressing can be converted
electronically. The depth of line pressing wheel can be
automatically controlled by computer. The line shape is good and
easy to bend.
