MA165 Welded Pipe Making Machine High Frequency Welded Tube Mill Steel Pipe Mill

2. Introduction:

This equipment is specially used for producingΦ33.4-Φ88.9mm,δ1.5-6.0mm high-frequency straight seam welded pipe and corresponding square pipe and special-shaped pipe. The composition of equipment is from uncoiler to computer fixed length-cutting saw. Rolling speed can be adjusted correspondingly within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness.

3. Work process:

Raw material (steel strip) → uncoiling → shearing and end welding → material accumulating → non-power leveling → mill-forming → high-frequency welding → removing burrs outside of weld seam → cooling → sizing → roughly straightening → fixed length cutting → finishing tube

Machine will be fixed inside container by steel wire and special PET strap, in order to make sure all parts will not move during transportation and avoid any kinds of damage of machine and container.
