Process & Thermal Economy

Clarified/polished brine is concentrated under vacuum using multi-effect and/or MVR duty. Tight control of ΔT/LMTD, circulation rate, and residence time stabilizes supersaturation, ensuring repeatable crystallization and low energy consumption.

  • Vacuum evaporation: multi-effect and/or MVR to achieve target density at low temperature.
