Engineered for sugar mills and cane syrup producers, Hanpu’s pillow plate (dimple plate) multi-effect evaporator concentrates raw cane juice/syrup with high thermal efficiency,
gentle product handling, and sanitary design. The 250 t/D line
(≈10.4 t/h) delivers consistent °Brix targets, low color formation,
and reduced steam consumption.
High Steam Economy
Five-effect arrangement with optional TVR achieves typical economy
of 3.5–5.0 kg water/kg live steam, cutting boiler load and operating cost.

Process Overview
