Hygienic construction (SS304/SS316L) and automated controls ensure consistent °Brix, clean condensate recovery, and stable operation for around-the-clock production.

Process Overview
  1. Feed preparation: Screening/straining, deaeration (optional), and plate preheating.
  2. Effect-1: Live steam heats the first effect; recirculation pump maintains high velocity through the bundle.
  3. Effects-2/3/4: Vapors from the previous effect serve as the heating medium in downstream effects to reduce fresh steam use.
  4. Condensation & vacuum: Surface condenser under vacuum recovers clean condensate; non-condensables are removed for stable operation.
  5. Quality control: Inline °Brix/density and temperature feedback regulate concentration and protect flavor compounds.
