Description
CASI energy storage lithium battery system is mainly used in the
communications industry backup power supply, UPS uninterruptible
power supply; performance in line with the requirements of the
communications standard class technical report "back-up lithium-ion
battery pack for communications", using aluminum alloy rigid
packaging lithium iron phosphate structure, to meet the
telecommunications business on the new and higher requirements of
communications backup power.

Production Process
- Li-ion battery cell sorting cabinet: all incoming cells are
subjected to secondary sorting to ensure the full capacity of the
battery.
- Sorting pairing: each cell is sorted to ensure the consistency of
the voltage and internal resistance of the cells in the same
battery pack, which effectively improves the stability of the
battery.
- Automatic spot welding: Use automatic spot welding machine to spot
weld the positive and negative electrodes of the battery pack,
which is efficient and stable without desoldering.
- Welding BMS: Welding and installing BMS for each battery pack,
which can protect the overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent and
overvoltage.
- Finished product testing: The finished battery finally needs to go
through a number of tests to confirm that the performance is stable
and meets the standards before it is packaged and shipped.

Together with our customers and suppliers, we have been partners in
solar battery industry for 12 years and have supplied over 20 kinds
of patent solar systems for home and abroad.
In 2008, we established FairylandSolarTM and won our first solar home system project--“GoldSun” project for
whole Shaanxi province which was a famous big project appointed by
Chinese government. During 3 years installation, we were always
moved a lot when people showed true smile when lighting their home.
They should carry a heavy battery and walk hours home, so
aftersales is so difficult that pushes us to supply high quality
products with long lifetime. We invested gel battery production
line with a 50 staff team who has 20 years production experience
for AGM battery. For the enough good quality and reasonable price,
we becomes a stable supplier for solar projects, OEM for them.
In 2018, as the rapid development of lithium battery, we
established CASISOLARTM that started a team only for packing lithium batteries. During the
past 3years, we found the wide difference between price and
products. As government promotes “ giving retied battery a second
life” , some make a profit in troubled situation, providing retired
cells for solar making great lost in a long term or even has
personal safety hazard.
So in CASISOLAR, we don’t think it is 100% safe to use retired
battery cells. We only accept cells at Great A with 5 years more
warranty. We didn’t grow up quickly but we harvest every customer
we have cooperated. We always enjoy and appreciate troubles met
during every cooperation, and give great enthusiasm and confidence.
