Description
Off Grid Solar System is widely used in areas without electricity,
power instability, islands, communication base stations and
inconvenient wiring for street lights or monitoring systems. The
photovoltaic array converts solar energy into electricity when
there is light, and stores the electricity in the battery bank
through the solar controller; when there is no light, the battery
bank discharges through the solar controller to supply power to the
DC load, and can also reverse the discharge into AC power through
the inverter to supply power to the AC load.

Design of Off Grid Solar System
- According to the load size and type, single-phase 220V or
three-phase 380V, the rated power of off grid inverter is
determined.
- According to the discharge time of the energy storage battery
required by the load, determine the size of the energy storage
battery (such as how many kwh to store).
- According to the load power consumption (how many kilowatt hours of
electricity) and the local sunshine situation, select the board
with high power.
- The size of charge controller is selected according to the size of
photovoltaic panel and battery voltage.
- Supports, cables, etc. (installed on the roof or floor).

They should carry a heavy battery and walk hours home, so
aftersales is so difficult that pushes us to supply high quality
products with long lifetime. We invested gel battery production
line with a 50 staff team who has 20 years production experience
for AGM battery. For the enough good quality and reasonable price,
we becomes a stable supplier for solar projects, OEM for them.
In 2018, as the rapid development of lithium battery, we
established CASISOLARTM that started a team only for packing lithium batteries. During the
past 3years, we found the wide difference between price and
products. As government promotes “ giving retied battery a second
life” , some make a profit in troubled situation, providing retired
cells for solar making great lost in a long term or even has
personal safety hazard.
So in CASISOLAR, we don’t think it is 100% safe to use retired
battery cells. We only accept cells at Great A with 5 years more
warranty. We didn’t grow up quickly but we harvest every customer
we have cooperated. We always enjoy and appreciate troubles met
