A: Generally speaking, we can accept any quantity. However, please be aware that extra amount of fees might occur due to small quantity of small goods through express.

A: We strongly recommend you to know well about your ordered tools or machines to avoid further issues caused by inexperienced set up or maintenance. Somehow, we're able to provide instruction manual for free if asked.

Q: How do I know if you really are a manufacturer?

A: First of all, basic information about us can be found on www.hizar.com or our alibaba page. Secondly, as a manufacturer established since 1983, we welcome all customers' visiting to our factory. Those who have plans visiting China and land at Shanghai can have a small trip to our factory in few hours since Suzhou is really close to Shanghai. No extra fees except train tickets will be charged.

Q:What if I find out that delivered goods don't match my expectation?

A: First of all, as an experienced manufacturer since 1983, we barely receive any complains from customers. Nevertheless, assuming if any customer is unsatisfied with delivered goods, we will try to contact to our customers ASAP for few confirmations such as identification of information given by customers, no damage done to goods during transportation or maintenance. After everything is figured, settlement should be done in proper procedures.
